Brazil nuts & madness
Mercury is a heavy metal that creates havoc for the human brain. Mad Hatters were named such, due to the insanity that struck so many milliners after long term exposure to the felt used for hat making, which was imbued with Mercury.
Today the major ways we are exposed to Mercury is through amalgm fillings, having vaccinations preserved with a mercury compound called thiomersal and by eating large ocean fish, which have accumulated Mercury from industrial wastes in the environment.
Selenium helps the body to clear Mercury.
Brazil nuts, grown in Brazil, are a great source of natural selenium.
Eat a few each day and avoid mercurial madness.
